The building, which is included in the Taksim 360 Urban Renewal Project, which includes different functions such as Residence, Office, Commercial areas and Hotel, is located on Tarlabaşı Boulevard, has a construction area of 13.000 m², and includes 122 rooms, a spa, a conference hall, social facilities and 53 car parking spaces. The delivery target of the turnkey building that we started to construct in 2021 is 2022.
Rezidans, Ofis, Ticari alanlar ve Otel gibi farklı fonksiyonları içeren Taksim 360 Kentsel Yenileme Projesi içinde yer alan yapı Tarlabaşı Bulvarı üzerinde konumlanmış, 13.000 m² inşaat alanına sahip olup, 122 oda, spa, konferans salonu, sosyal donatılar ile 53 araç otoparkı içermektedir.
2021 yılında inşaatına başlamış olduğumuz anahtar teslim yapının teslim hedefi 2022 yılıdır.
