Narmanlı Residences Project, located in Tuzla, Istanbul, built in 3 stages and has a total construction area of 16.000 m².
The project has a total of 150 residences of 3 + 1 and 2 + 1 different types and 6 commercial units. The first phase, which has a total of 55 residences and 2 commercial units within a construction area of 8.000 m², started in 2021 and is aimed to be completed by the end of 2022.
MCE Global undertakes consultancy and project management tasks on behalf of the land owner within the scope of this project.
İstanbul Tuzla’da bulunan Narmanlı Konutları Projesi 3 etapta yapılmakta olup toplam 16.000 m² inşaat alanına sahiptir.
Proje 3+1 ve 2+1 farklı tipteki toplam 150 konut 6 ticari üniteye sahiptir. 8.000 m² inşaat alanı içerisinde toplam 55 adet konut 2 ticari üniteye sahip olan ilk etabı 2021 yılında başlamış olup 2022 yılı sonuna kadar tamamlanması hedeflenmektedir.
MCE Global bu proje kapsamında arsa sahibi adına danışmanlık ve proje yönetimini görevlerini üstlenmektedir.
