The residence block, which is included in the Taksim 360 Urban Renewal Project, which we have undertaken the turnkey contract, has a total construction area of 26,000 m², and has 129 residences of many different types, 12 commercial units and 110 car parking lots.
Having a courtyard in the very center of the residential block located on Sakız Ağaç Caddesi in Beyoğlu is a rare architectural feature for the Beyoğlu region. This project, which we started to construct in 2021, is aimed to be delivered at the beginning of 2022.
Anahtar teslim yüklenimini üstlendiğimiz Taksim 360 Kentsel Yenileme Projesi kapsamında bulunan rezidans bloğu toplam 26.000 m² inşaat alanına sahip olmakla birlikte bir çok farklı tipteki 129 konut, 12 adet ticari ünite ve 110 adet araç otoparkına sahiptir.
Beyoğlu’nda Sakız Ağacı Caddesi üzerinde konumlanmış olan konut bloğunun tam merkezinde avluya sahip olması Beyoğlu bölgesi için nadir bulunan bir mimari özelliktir.2021 yılında inşaatına başlamış olduğumuz bu projenin 2022 yılı başında teslimi hedeflenmektedir.
