Taksim 360 project has 6 buildings with a construction area of 4,750 square meters on 387 blocks, the buildings registered as A type restoration structure by the Board of Monuments, the existing structure, which has been arranged and strengthened according to the restitution project, are restored in accordance with the original construction material and plan scheme.
The structural structure of these special buildings, which are intended to be functional as residential, office and commercial units, the locations of the existing spaces and rooms, and the architectural elements, including the hand-drawn work, have been preserved to a great extent; The changes required by the new use are carried out in accordance with the original spatial planning of the building and the approved restoration project. It is aimed to complete and deliver our works within the scope of our turnkey contract in 2021.
Taksim360 projesi 387 adada yer alan 4.750 m² inşaat alanına sahip 6 bina, Anıtlar kurulu tarafından A tipi restorasyon yapısı olarak tescil edilen yapılar, restitüsyon projesine göre düzenlenip güçlendirilmiş mevcut strüktür, orijinal yapım malzemesi ve plan şeması ile korunarak aslına uygun restore edilmektedir.
Konut, ofis ve ticari üniteler olarak işlevlendirilmesi amaçlanan bu özel binaların, strüktürel yapısı, mevcut mekan ve odaların konumları, kalem işleri dahil mimari unsurları büyük ölçüde korunmuş; yeni kullanımın zorunlu kıldığı değişiklikler ise yapının özgün mekan planlamasına ve onaylı restorasyon projesine uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Anahtar teslimi taahhüt kapsamımızdaki çalışmalarımızın 2021 yılı içinde tamamlanarak teslimi hedeflenmektedir.
